rabbit out of the hat time

NSL management really has till year end to come good. To date they have woefully over promised and under delivered, but hopefully learnings have been made and they will deliver this time on the last round of promises made earlier this year eg iron ore shipment and signed agreement with the Chinese etc. I am a bit weary of announcements showing little progress but discussing "learnings", we're not paying them to "learn" but deliver. Nevertheless, one more go to them, thereafter, I don't see how they could raise further money without a significant change in direction and management. Thoughts?
