Has anyone contacted the company to see if they are still in a blackout period? Ross mentioned during the recent phone conference that he was still intent on buying and used the upcoming yearly financials (at the time) as an example of a blackout period when asked. As the Milan injectable deal still seems to be a focal point of his and been ongoing for a while, I would assume this potential deal would also constitute directors not being able to buy? But I agree the last director purchase was embarrassing for numerous reasons...
