World wide, no other sport would deal with such an outrageous attack on it's officials, coupled with a dangerous tackle, and give a minimal suspension.
The NSW Racing supremo said that if someone had abused a steward in his bailiwick in such a manner, he could expect 6 to 12 month's suspension.
