So what? It doesn't matter if he was attacking the football, he "accidentally" clipped his legs in the air after he kicked the ball, unfortunately that's a penalty every time. It doesn't matter what the intent was, in the modern game accidents are still penalised. It seems some people can't understand this. Personally I think it's BS, and shouldn't of been a penalty, however it was clearly a text book call by the ref.
