The missus and I have been discussing RAC and investment in general (pictures Faulty Towers in your head).
We are considering our final push into RAC. Just feel we are wasting our money with all our small purchases etc.
I am hoping to do a realistic risk assessment on RAC. I.e. what is a realistic bottom price for RAC. IMO, it is just a bit easier to calculate than future value.
I know there are tons of discussions on it and do your own research etc. But I hope somebody could double-check/challenge my thoughts.
OK, let's start.
1. As a reference point, I will refer to this valuation by @wombat777. PS. I will DMOR
2. Using the clinical probably of 90% then RAC value as today should be around (1.38 + 0.42 Adult and Paediatric R/R AML) $1.80.
3. Taking more risk and going down to 70% than we add Adult Extramedullary, we look at $3.5.
I will do my own research etc, but by interpreting the attachment, I take 10% risk that the SP will go below $1.80, based on fundamentals.
Does it make sense?
