Given what's just been dropped there appears to be a significant risk if you were to sell some in an attempt to buy back via SPP. There is a reason this SPP wasn't underwritten and its the same reason there will likely be a scaling back of anyone looking to get a full $30k allocation. Either way it's not staying at $3 for very long.
Not often you see a company board so aligned with it's shareholders.
