Im not sure if this question was asked above or not, however, Why do the SPP now and not in a month or so time?

Yesterday had a great announcement. There's obviously discussions with COH. Further preclinical is going to drop "very shortly".

Why not wait for the SP to have a run off the current momentum?

Do the SPP in 6 weeks at a higher price? We have enough money in the bank to roll that dice.. I'm sure it would be just as subscribed now as it would be in near future.. unless you guys are aware of data that would kill momentum.

I just can't understand why now.... fast tracking trials isn't justified in my opinion as waiting a few weeks wouldn't make a major difference.

Do you feel we need $60m in next 12 mths and you would rather raise the extra $30m in addition to the options now at an affordable price instead of future??
