I'll preface by stating I enjoy your unbiased posts on the stock you own/trade, however, as stated the spp was given at a discount, it followed directly after the cardio protection announcement and was pitched as a way for RAC holders to contribute of their own free will to a clinical program that would place RAC firmly on the radar of big pharma. The timeline was outlined, the programs were outlined and the funds raised were clearly earmarked to specific outcomes.
The spp was oversubscribed to the point some shareholders were disgruntled with their allocation, the big distinction for me, I won't speak for all longs, is the spp wasn't look at as an entry point to trade it was a commitment to allow the company to do what it clearly stated. I'll judge them on their ability to deliver on what they stated not on today's share price.
