My view - share purchase plan closed on 21/12/2021 - since then, after a short flurry from punters that missed out on their allocation wanting more, there's been a very steady decline as we are all aware - possibly the instos didn't get what they were after, thought they should have backstopped the SPP as in typical raises and were maybe then out to teach RAC a lesson?
Maybe.
This was possible as demand dried up with (I would guess) most retail investors having exhausted their capacity with the SPP coupled with the constant supply from BG.
My hope (and belief) is that RACs buyback will create a base in the SP as ling as no bad news generates enhanced selling pressure - I have been sitting in the sidelines as the action I have seen over the past 6 months has eroded confidence as the slippage continued even with good news. If a base is formed then I will look to buy more...
