As a holder of EEL I asked the question last week "what will be the effect if any on the budget ann> re enviromental credits ?. With their funding apparently now in place and their first generating plant on schedule INMHO I believe EEL is now trading at a short term bargain price and the acceptance of this offer by their supporters will see a riseback to the mid 20s
