I received a courtesy telephone call today from a Heather at Tamaya who said she just wanted to know if I had received the SPP offer documentation. I then thought that maybe the offer has not been taken up by many shareholders and that the Company is desperate for funds. Does anyone know whether it is normal procedure to make followup calls. In fact, I have just taken up the offer but it has not yet been received at the registry office.
ANYONE - Is Tamaya solid and is there any reason not to participate in the 11.5 cents per share offer ?
