    I agree to an extent - achieving partial and complete remission in salvage patients that had weeks to live and extending that to ~ 6 months in some was amazing, however, we would want more.

    I do realise that that the trial design was poor as they only received 1 dose, so maybe they could've lived longer but as this wasn't conducted, there is still some risk imo. Obviously much less. Also, keep in mind I'm coming from this from a complete logic view point and not a scientific or medical view point.

    This actually got me thinking about another factor in the upcoming view point that I will need to research. Will the primary endpoint need to be survival after 12 months or will we need longer follow up? I'm presuming because breast cancer is less fatal, that trial will need a longer follow up period compared to AML?
