97.2% of shares not traded in January. The minority of 2.8% had sold out and of roughly 12%-15% of those I suspect would be BG. Market is down 10%, Fed meeting on 26th, Russia / Ukraine issues and inflationary concerns. Omicron going wild in Australia (we are now a high risk country for the rest of the world). Volatility is through the roof, we are small cap, speculative and now one knows what the future holds.
Now for the positives
Have to give it to Race whether by design or pure luck timed the SPP perfectly! Cash to progress all programs and no issue for 2022.
No Fundamental changes to Race since the start of the year.
A number of programs underway for each Pillar and clinical data to results to be released over the course of the year.
Looking forward to update on Friday or Monday, but thinking Friday for December 4C and confirmation of pipeline progress and strategy for the year.
Pharma's are overflowing with cash and that is going to continue for the next few years. What are they going to do with all that money?
People still have cancer and perhaps treatment is even more important if they are susceptible to infections / Covid. That's why fundamentally Race is in the right space / right time / perfect solution (Zantrene) and just need clinical data, which is coming in 2022!
