I suspect that JC had time pressure to sell the shares; the deal was struck at around $3.30 at a time when the shares were above $3.70 and rising after the completion of the SPP. JC continues to hold heaps of shares so I suspect he was happy with what he saw at the time as a small sacrifice to address a short term issue.

Obviously, leading up to JC's transaction and after the deal went through there was a reversal in sentiment, be that from JC selling, a global downturn, BG selling and confirming that he's got a huge number of shares that he's still willing to get rid of anywhere above $3. (@tigers2008 an excellent point that @OTG data show that "the RAC longs can get an unlimited supply of shares at pretty much $3".

It feels that without overwhelming news the BOTs and sophs can manage this until we get through another 50 million shares traded (12% of 50M = 6M BG shares)?

I'll stick with the conviction that there's enough information in the market to justify a much higher share price already (cancer FTO, Cardio-Protection with anti-Cancer enhancement, Type-2 Diabetes)
