These aren't precise numbers but JC has sold ~500k shares in orderly agreed processes (215k to fund conversion of 3M options; 300k to pay tax and other commitments) that saw him increase the number of shares he's holding by ~2.5M shares. JC has net bought 2.5 million shares.
BG has sold more than 9 million shares! 9 million!
Now, I'm not outraged by this because his selling has held back the share price which is excellent for anyone who wants to get in. I believe that the outsiders' view is that an "insider" is selling millions of shares and it is significantly holding back the share price. The latest analysis of his sales shows that the selling continues and it may take another 6 to 9 months to get through his remaining shares. Good news from RAC will see us churn through them faster.
