My current thought is that he will exit the position. There is nothing to suggest that he is not.
As posted previously I do think that there will be a feeding frenzy for his shares at around the 2M mark. The market will start to recognise that supply will dry up. Edit - I think at this point time will run out for anyone looking to arrange block trades. They will need to be less cheeky in their offers.
