My take is apart from the obvious Garner selling which only accounts for a very small portion of overall selling at lets say 12% for average sake.

Register full of retail, No insto support. Possibly a good thing on the sell side, bad thing is there's not enough buying.
Some Timelines haven't been met and despite management stating they have updated the market, its not very clear.

I think the Preso had some pretty bars that showed value drivers with timelines, whilst these may very well be on track, management stated we would have updates on these programs.

I personally know a few people that have sold because of Tillet's recent online postings, the selling all makes a difference when the volume is as low as it has been. Doesn't take much to drop the SP by 20c if no one is buying
