No, millions of ex director shares were dumped between July 2020 - March 2021 and the SP appreciated ~500%.
The total number of RAC shareholders is now decreasing - you yourself have said the implications of new cardio data has thrown your holding strategy out the window. I'd say that's more responsible for short term SP depreciation than BG.
