Thanks, that's very useful.
So far I've discovered that it's possible to request a paid extract, pay $9 by credit card, have the transaction processed successfully, but receive only a sample extract showing Jane Citizen's shareholding in the company selected.
Maybe it's ASIC still playing April Fool?
I'll try again after having created an ASIC account.
