RAC is the only share for which I use Kelly, because:
* RAC is by far the largest holding
and
* I'm too lazy to think about the potential payoffs and probabilities for more than one share.
To @Titans19 question, if the SP takes off, I will firstly adjust the Kelly payoff multiple. If there had been no FA news, the probability of success is unchanged. Then if Kelly still said to sell, I will sell a fixed dollar amount on each 10% SP increase, i.e. a smaller number of shares each time. So that would partly ignore Kelly.
This scenario has already happened.
