For Kelly, there is a payoff multiple (and a probability of success).
If aiming at a particular dollar value for buyout, one would have to increase the payoff multiple as the SP fell.
But I've been leaving the multiple unchanged in order to be conservative.
Even leaving the multiple unchanged, Kelly is telling me to buy a lot more than I have cash. So I need to sell something else. But I've already sold everything I want to sell. This is a problem.
The whole thing is subjective. It simply gives a guide. Right now I'm clearly very underweight RAC.
