The Management and the Board hold a lot of well-in-the-money options too. Just taking my holdings, I have 9.2 million shares and 4.25 million options with a strike price of 9.9c (these are from the raise I cornerstoned last year) as well as 2.5 million with a strike price of 19c (the options I took instead of cash last year for the CSO role).
