Plot twist, he's dumping his shares slowly to accumulate capital so he can do a massive buy back in at a lower price - more shares for the same amount of money haha.
Personally I think he was doing it to spite the company and holders. Management obviously didn't like his strategy, or he may had been offended they changed the direction so he's selling. Also, RAC is still a speccy, so he also might just want to minimise exposure / risk.
