It’s a good theory that these orders belong to Jarden and and are taken out overnight to:
1. wait for mgmt’s indication of whether they have any P.S news
2. Place the orders once the updated 5-day VWAP+5% is available
3. Keep the sellers guessing as to the buyback strategy
