Btw, the 3 sandbags are at 11%, 13% and 14% discount to the max BB price posted by Dangkhuat. So if it was Jarden, why would they be putting the sandbags at such a big discount? Seems counterproductive, doesn’t it? So supports @Kron00’s theory that it may not be Jarden- then who? Why would they keep putting large buy orders (which is basically showing their hand) and not have it being filled for a week, and keeping it a price below the SP which means it won’t get filled.

Hoping for a better theory that a lay person like me can understand.

AIMHO and guesses. No advice.

Maybe it's Shaw's and they've played it perfect to get BG a higher price.

if the "sandbags" are RAC BB strategy then it seems counter productive moving them lower. The whole point of the buy back was to stop SP declining wasn't it? Unless they only want to pay around $2.
