I don’t think that $3 SPP price has anything to define the fundamentals of the company or the valuation- it was just a price to raise funds. There has been so much more de-risking since then and the valuation is not easily calculable. Seriously trying to size the opportunity is so hard let alone value it accurately.
While we understand the “why” of the BB, we don’t know the “how” for now and I guess will be revealed in due course.
