Given the sandbags disappeared right before the quarterly and appeared straight after there is enough coincidence for them to be Jarden’s. The next thing is for it to take a bite out of the sellers or vice versa to result in an ASX Ann which will confirm the sandbags as being Jarden’s and also prove mgmt's intent.
