IMO
RAC would refrain itself from buying any share for now so that RAC would be able to release its annual report sooner than later in order to shorten the blackout period.
(BB not allowed to buy 14 days before the release of Annual Report)
Beside BB is now so unpredictable and I am glad that it is here with only one purpose is to protect shareholder 's interest.
