I read a bit about it and it reads like more on-shoring supply and manufacturing capabilities as opposed to throwing money at R&D. Latter is probably more applicable to biotech. There is a point about using government power to expedite solutions for “our greatest challenges” which is encouraging for an FTO inhibitor!
