Daniel previously said that Race need to advise Jarden each morning if the company is in possession of price-sensitive information, and if so the buy-back has to be paused. Of course, the company would always be in possession of price-sensitive information to some extent, so I expect it refers to price-sensitive information that is finalised/confirmed and therefore needs to be (or is about to be) imminently released to the market.
