That would mean they are a related entity and should be disclosing if the combined holding is >5%.
So far I've found 5 companies on the registry with Chapman/MOF at the helm, unless of course it's just a really common name over in Perth... I've given up caring and usually just buy when they're buying and sell when they're selling (in the trading account).
