The nicest charts have the share price sitting above the 20 day, 150 day and 50 day moving averages, and for the 50 day moving average to sit above the 150 day moving average and the 150 day moving average to sit above the 200 day moving average…and for the 200 day moving average chart to be pointing upwards for at least one month, but preferably three months!

share volume should be up as well, and the stock should be outperforming almost all other stocks on the market in recent times….

I believe it is a good sign that a broker approached you, @aminer, wanting to buy some of your shares off-market. that suggests a serious buyer wanting to buy a big parcel, rather than someone just playing with the low liquidity of RAC shares to pump up the share price, just to dump into later.
