Biotech index strongly outperforming the extremely strong broader US indices overnight Friday.

With BG at an estimated 1.4m shares and SBB at approx 3.4m shares to go, I would now consider BG’s selling to be a non-issue.
BG peaked at 18,687,653 RAC securities (according to the 14 October 2019 3Y Announcement). Please correct me if there was another Appendix 3Y with a higher holding for BG.
Meaning BG has de-risked 92.5% of his RAC holding … realising over AUD 43m (assuming an average sale price of $2.50). His 1.4m residual holding is a mere 7.5% of his peak holding, valued at a mere AUD3.5m (@$2.50), compared to his already realised AUD43m.
How much more cash does this guy need?!?! Surely he is happy to leave some RAC on the table. Who knows, BG may even decide to hold a mere 1m or so shares for old times sake … he was the founder of Race after all.
