the sell down has been relentless a rough 15% of traded volume everyday for the last 2 years. Getting close to the pointy end down to perhaps 1.4m shares.

Also some sceptics out there that as a former director some inside knowledge and therefore expertise question why he didn’t stay on - but was pre FTO and cardio opportunity.

My view, it doesn’t matter he founded Race, strategy was sell as a repurposed AML drug $200-$300m. Actually DrC sales commissions caps out at $140m sale. BG selling is at his target price.

BG likely already had ILA in the works (after 4 years at Race), hit his original target so time to move on. If he stayed at Race would not be able to sell out until deal time still years away.

Also likely selling down in a restrained manner so to not create any negative perception, given still running ILA. But we don’t really know, just my view.

You are welcome to make your own mind up on the selling has impacted any momentum, but hopefully BG is out of ammo early in the new year.
