I highly doubt that DT has instructed Jarden to pause the buy back in an effort to suppress share price so that he can fulfil a final purchase of $13k to get his "round number"? In the grand scheme of things that equates to absolute peanuts of his overall holding.
Plus, he has constantly had SH best interest 1st, why would he not now. My 2c.
