As much as I'd also like to see Phil buying shares on market, I suggest that it's unlikely given he has 2,000,000 options, strike price $2.65, expiry 29th Nov 2025.
Assuming RAC is sold before expiry, at many multiples, he'll do very very well, and doesn't need to buy on market now, other than for the tokenism....
