I tried getting her to come to the Melbourne presentation but she wasn’t interested. In fact she wasnt interested in investing at all until she met me. Her dad passed away at 37 and her uncle at 40 with cancer which is heartbreaking as she doesn’t remember them that well. She lives day to day and week to week as she is convinced she will die before she is 50 so saving money to invest isn’t high on her agenda as she doesn’t think she will be around to take advantage of it. I reassure her all the time but she is convinced. It’s very sad she has this mindset bcos I can see the exact opposite and us making a heap of money out of this and another stock and living a great life for another 40 years. Let’s hope Rac holds up their end of the bargain (which they are so far) and we all get to enjoy the spoils for many years to come
