I agree with your comments however it's about time the board step up and take charge and make some decisions.
you implemented a buy back scheme for a reason to ensure the share price remains stable where it was at the time.
The board are accountable to shareholders and need to provide up to date data and stabilise the price if they have the capacity to do so.
If they are incapable of doing this then it's time for a change at the helm of the ship.
