With any kind of technical analysis, it rarely factors in the unknown unknowns of news, announcements, external market factors. So projections are largely worthless in isolation like this.
Stick to the fundamentals and don't give much weight to people claiming to see the future like this. Past performance doesn't dictate future performance, and everything is prone to change and subject to many more factors than TA tends to incorporate over the long term.
