It's a trade on CBOE (formerly Chi-X) so very unlikely to be a retail sale/purchase.
Most likely a broker contract and, I expect, further evidence of tax-loss-selling where the broker found a quiet patch to transfer shares (between related ??? entities, or at the very least entities both represented by the same broker) on market to avoid any possibility of tax enquiry concerns.
Otherwise how would you dump that many shares on-market without depressing the price terribly?
