Hi JabraD ... RAC reset - probably what's happening for sure, whether it be a short or long phase, double bottom or not. The fundamentals of the stock haven't changed just the internal strategy - hence the reset. My opinion.
IXC v's RAC ... 30m MC v's 250m MC different opportunities/different stages - I know little about IXC other than a trade a while ago. In the $30m cap biotech area I'm interested in AGN which I've traded many times but looked to me to have failed after EW3 at $1 so I'm still watching. It's my prefered low MC biotech, and has a more appealing chart to me than IXC.
Currently I like another non-biotech, tech stock that I expect has a huge future and a nice chart. Which I'm trying to accumulate but struggling!
There are so many opportunities right now - as money is tight - but that's exactly why I like RAC. I believe there will be a financial transaction (partnership or buy-out) outcome inside 12-18 months but we'll know if the tide has turned and is coming in, in the short term.
