Regarding T's quitting, he knows more than any of us. He's said, he's done it for us.
Look at it the other way, if there was a board fight, and if JC started dumping his millions on the market, where would that leave us..?
Dr T, says he is comfortable leaving his large portfolio on Race, and he fully supports the new management.
If it makes you feel any better, if you and I are not able to double our money from purchase price in the year 2024 from RAC, I will stop posting on Hotcopper from 2025. It would not have been worth it. Hang in there. For the time being, enjoy the roller-coaster.
