@Sk1nman without knowing what sort of size parcels and volume you’re adding its hard to say what effect it would be having. At the end of the day, all selling has an impact of some sort. It provides liquidity and buyers have to obviously absorb your sell over and above it to increase the price.
We see it time and time again when the sell side reduces to 1/10 of the buy side, what happens? Price increases.
Then people load up sells at a price they are comfortable with and back down we go. Like a Yo Yo.
Goes without saying, if everyone pulled the sells, ANY sort of buy would increase the price. News only brings a bunch of buying to the table in a small window, over countering the sell side.
No one person can say BG was the problem, the wash trading from UBS is the problem, traders or retail are the problem, or a lack of buyers is the problem. It’s the whole thing together and it all has its own effect, which one is worse/better is the question.
For me its UBS and a lack of “new” investors going long.
