The wording of the announcement doesn't make you think it's a GREAT thing:
The market will digest the news and we will hopefully see a change. One thing is the horizon doesn't look different, only that someone else is going to take care of FTO. We don't really know them and we hope they're going to kick butt. It's an unknown tbh.
My general feeling about the release is FTO has been offloaded because it was a problem child. It makes me think: Why couldn't RAC take care of it? All these things people need to work through and answer. It currently doesn't inspire me to buy more.
I know what I've spelt out above isn't what it is, just my thoughts on how it will initially be interpreted.
