    I believe it takes 24-48 hours for people to fully understand the implications of an announcement. New buyers also need time to read and understand the announcement. Given that we saw a 30-cent jump in a single day, I would not be surprised if we see another 20-cent jump tomorrow. The price is still very cheap.
