Apologies - wasn't trying to agitate it there.
I think we agreed to disagree previously on this one. My view is simply that RAC shouldn't have been returning "excess capital". From my experience, there's no such thing as excess capital. It always gets spent eventually (don't have to up wages and perks), and more gets raised. Until there is a commercialised deal signed, sealed, and delivered, no capital is excess.
