I think they're saying we only have 12 mths funding because there is a partnership where they want equity.

My guess is they started talks before DT left, DT said "hell no" and left* to fight on our side (DCB and JC probably for the deal), and the potential partner said were not signing until we see COH details and know there's no legal issues, DCB got that sorted, now partner is finalising DD with all the data.

They could put in the offer any minute - hence DCB çomments, and pleas for holders to stop selling.
