All very good points alongside fact of cost of living going up affecting many of mum and dad investors reducing
-New entrants with spare cash deployed on food, mortgage, fuel etc
-Rusted on holders including myself out of bullets. Topped up so many times from $3 downwards that am out apart from the odd SMSF source.
Things will turn around as fundamentals have only improved. It will only take something commercial to hit our inbox to get excitement and BP validation to turn the decline around.
In the meantime I will ignore the short term crosswinds! GLTAH.
