there is no immediate need for a cr, the reason daniel has taken a position as consultant is he believes he can help accomplish most of the goals needed to achieve a buyout WITH EXISTING $$$.
daniel has shown on more than one occasion, Rac is not “a lifestyle company.” He is the no.1 sh, any dilution hits him in the pocket.
