Afterwards $2.80- $3.00 will meet heavy opposition( as many getting out to break even) if momentum and partnership aren't a go.
Our consultant isn't dumb. We need to protect IP but balance it with good strategic moves to extract the best value without losing opportunities.

4Qrts of funding to sort out other ways to avoid a cheap CR diluting us all. Complex and difficult but you can do it.
